Bring the real question
Start wherever you are
You do not need the perfect vocabulary or a polished problem statement. Bring what you are seeing, what you have tried, and what you hope to accomplish.
Help Desk
Bring your AI and WordPress related questions.

Join us for an interactive AI within WordPress Help Desk focused on practical answers, fresh ideas, and real-world solutions, regardless of your level of expertise.
Bring your questions, challenges, and works in progress. Whether you need troubleshooting assistance, tool recommendations, or guidance on your next step, our community is here to help.
You’ll also have an opportunity to explore state-of-the-art tools and responsible techniques for building, improving, and maintaining WordPress sites. We’ll look honestly at what today’s technology can do, where it falls short, and how to use it safely and effectively.
Each meetup offers something different. Some feature guest sponsors, presentations, demonstrations, or giveaways, but every event provides an opportunity to learn, connect, and get help.
This event is free and open to everyone, from WordPress beginners to experienced professionals.
This ongoing series of free online AI + WordPress Help Desks is held on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 6 pm Pacific Time. It is a collaboration between the Project Polaris public benefit group and multiple groups, including Portland WordPress Meetup, Inland Empire WordPress Meetup, and others.
We are committed to creating an inclusive, accessible environment for all participants. We readily provide accommodations for individuals with visual or sensory processing sensitivities, specific neurodivergent needs, privacy/safety constraints, or temporary hardware/bandwidth limitations. If you require an adjustment to participate fully, please let a moderator know in advance or via private message so we can support you.
How It Feels
Help desks are built for conversation, and completely free to join. You bring the question. The group helps uncover the context, consider the options, and work toward a solution you understand.
Bring the real question
You do not need the perfect vocabulary or a polished problem statement. Bring what you are seeing, what you have tried, and what you hope to accomplish.
Think together
A good help desk replaces pressure with curiosity. People listen, ask useful questions, and make room for every experience level.
Move forward
The goal is more than a quick fix. We work through what is happening so you leave with a clearer next step and knowledge you can use again.
