Accessibility Statement

Project Polaris is working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA for its public first-party website. Audit and validation results are engineering evidence, not accessibility certification or a blanket guarantee of conformance.
Scope
This accessibility work covers the public first-party pages and reusable templates on www.polarispathway.org.
The Keystatic administrative interface is a vendor-provided administrative surface and is excluded. Provider-backed privacy, terms, and disclaimer text remains a third-party-content accessibility obligation that requires separate live review.
Measures that support accessibility
Project Polaris works to support accessibility by:
- Using semantic landmarks, headings, lists, tables, and form labels.
- Supporting keyboard navigation, visible focus, browser zoom, text resizing, and reduced-motion preferences.
- Reviewing shared components and representative public routes with automated and manual checks.
- Treating automated results as one part of accessibility review rather than proof of conformance.
- Addressing confirmed barriers in first-party content and components when they are identified.
Feedback and support
If you encounter an accessibility barrier or need help accessing public first-party content, email hello@polarispathway.org.
We aim to review accessibility feedback within five business days. We review accessibility when significant public-site changes are made and when feedback identifies a barrier.
Assessment approach
Assessment combines source review, automated checks, keyboard testing, responsive reflow and zoom inspection, and assistive-technology testing when the required platform is available. Some criteria, including meaningful content order, screen-reader announcement quality, and third-party policy content, require manual review.
